FAQ - VFS/NCDI Vendor Master

Q1. What are VFS, NCD Vendors?

ANS: VFS Vendors are money lenders who make payment to the Zetwerk suppliers on our behalf through NBFCs and banks to save the ZW working capital then the same is being repaid to lenders post credit days with interest.

NCDI - Non convertible Debenture - Investors are who invest in the NCD issues of Zetwerk. These Investors earn “Interest” for their shares and this should be paid to them.

They are added as Vendors in MSD.

Q2. Can we add a VFS/NCD Vendor in OMS ?

ANS: No, VFS/NCD Vendors cannot be added in OMS because they are used only for financial transactions and they don’t have any significance in the business transactions happening at OMS. Hence, these VFS/NCD are on-boarded only in MSD.

Q3. Whom should we reach out to get the VFS/NCD Vendors onboarded?

ANS: Reach out to MDM Team via Email to get NCD Vendors Onboarding. For VFS Vendor onboarding you can raise Ticket to MDM team freshdesk portal.

Q4. What all details are required for VFS/NCD vendors onboarding?

ANS: For VFS/NCD Vendors Onboarding below details are required:

1. Vendor Name

2. Vendor account Number

3. Currency Code

4. Nature of Assessee

5. PAN Number

6. TDS Group

7. Vendor Group Id

Q5. How can we identify the VFS/NCD Vendors in MSD?

ANS: Go to MSD > Modules > Accounts Payable > Vendors > All Vendors > Filter VFS/NCD in Vendor account number.

Q6. What is the MDM Team cadence setup for NCD Vendor Addition?

ANS: Banking/FInance Team POC will share the NCD Vendor list over email to the MDM team on or before 20th of every month.

Q7. What MDM Form should be filled in to onboard VFS/NCD vendors?

ANS: For VFS/NCD Vendors Onboarding below details are required:

1. Vendor Name

2. Vendor account Number

3. Foreign Vendor - Yes/No

4. Currency Code

5. Nature of Assessee

6. Is Withholding Tax calculated

7. OnHold status - Yes/No

8. PAN Number

9. TDS Group

10. Vendor Group Id

11. With holding Tax vendor group ID

Q8. Why do VFS & NCD Vendors need to be onboarded on MSD only?
