ANS: If a City, State or Country is not found, Please raise a freshdesk ticket.

Q5. What information is required for an Address to be added?

ANS: For State addition - Country details should be shared along with state details.

For City addition - State and Country details should be shared along with city details.

Q6. Whom should we reach out to get the City, State or country is added in address Master?

ANS: Reach out to MDM Team via freshdesk ticketing Portal to get added.

Q7. What documents are required for city addition?

ANS: PO copy is required for MDM team reference if the city is found invalid.

Q8. Is it necessary to get all the PIN codes added in masters?

ANS: Yes, If all pincode are added prior this will help us to avoid the delay in transactions.

Q8. Where can i maintain extra details like street number etc while adding address in transaction?

ANS: The details like flat number, street and other details of address can be added under Customer & Vendor address.
