ANS: If an employee is not found, Please raise a freshdesk ticket.
Q7. Whom should we reach out to get the employee onboarded?
ANS: Reach out to MDM Team via email or freshdesk ticketing Portal to get employees added.
Q8. How will MDM validate the zetwerk employees and Offrole employees ?
ANS: For Zetwerk employees - MDM will search the requested employee in the ZOHO portal. If the employee is available then MDM will onboard the employee.
For Offrole employee - MDM will verify the requested employee with the HR team. Once the HR team confirms the employee will be added.
Q9. What is the MDM Team cadence setup for Employee Addition?
ANS: HR Team POC will share the New joiners list over email to the MDM team on or before 8th of every month.
Q10. Does Employee master contain Off Role employees as well?
ANS: Yes, In employee master offrole employee are also available.
Q11. What will be my employee ID in MSD?
ANS: Your employee ID and the MSD employee ID both are the same.
